Competent project management practitioners are a key enabler of project success. There is a shortage of skilled and capable project management resources relative to the market needs.
While many organisations are utilising project management principles to deliver on strategic business and operational objectives, their people often lack a basic theoretical understanding and practical application of what project management entails.
The CoLAB Learning Academy builds on our experience in projects by offering theoretically sound, but practical learning interventions aimed at improving project management practices and likelihood of project successes. Our training solutions are relevant, cost efficient and continuously improved upon based on feedback from participants and practical field experience.
We recently teamed up with North West University to offer the Short Learning Program in Project Management. The programme is unique and will expose learners to the latest theory on project management best practise principles. It also enables them to apply these to a real life project simulation (assignment) and experience practical influencing factors such as project team dynamics.
Clients can attend either one of the regularly scheduled public courses running in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban; or for a minimum of twelve delegates, have an on-site course arranged.
All courses are presented by experienced facilitators with years of experience in project management.
